Jessica Taylor

Jessica Taylor is a layperson from the Florida Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, Associate Director of Fresh Expressions United Methodist,  Cultivator of Fresh Expressions Florida, and East Central District Cultivator. Having come to faith as an adult, Jessica graduated from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL, where she was an active leader in the Religion & Philosophy Department and Wesley Fellowship.

Jessica has a passion for creative ministries and teaching. She followed a path into Youth and Children’s Ministry, which led her to become a practitioner of Fresh Expressions. Over the last decade, she has served alongside her husband, Rev. Jeff Taylor, and their two children, Sophie and Andrew, through both church revitalizations and church planting.

The family spent time living incarnationally while planting Fresh Expression of Church within the RV community in RV parks in Florida. Jessica resides in Middleton, FL, a new town developed by The Villages, where her family is cultivating a blended ecology church plant called Love United Methodist Church.
